Did you know ... ⠀ ⠀ Dry brushing assists with detoxification via Lymphatic stimulation; stimulating your lymphatic system to remove cell waste, environmental toxins, and pathogenic organisms more efficiently. It is for this reason I like to use it as an addition to my detox protocols and even in my every day life. ⠀ ⠀ Other benefits of dry brushing may include: ⠀ ⠀ - Dead skin cell exfoliation ⠀ - Unclogging pores ⠀ - Stress relief ⠀ - Reducing the appearances of cellulite ⠀ - Assists with circulation ⠀ - Assists with digestion ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 💫 How to dry brush: To dry brush, you use a natural-bristle brush to gently but firmly brush (the one shown in the picture and this is my favourite one is from @thebodyshopaust ⠀ 💫 Brush your skin in long strokes toward your heart, usually going over each area 8-10 times. *this does not have to be Hard and should NOT hurt. ⠀ ⠀ 💫 At your belly, brush in a clockwise motion. Dry brushing is typically done before showering, you must not wet the brush and should be followed with a vitamin-rich moisturiser.
